Holy Smokey Blend

With this blend we have tried to capture the peat meadow area between Utrecht and Amsterdam in a tea flavour. This special contains species that naturally occur in wet peat areas. The Holy Smokey Blend consists of meadowsweet, mint and birch leaf. By incorporating these species into the blend, we want to encourage farmers in the peat meadow area to allow these species more on their land.

To honor the history of peat cutting in the peat meadow area, the birch leaf has been smoked*. The result is a fresh smoky tea!
