This sweet & spicy soy sauce is flavored with sugar, extracted from locally harvested sugar beets, sesame seeds and Madam Jeanette peppers. Using Tomasu's signature soy sauce as a basis, the heat is softened, allowing the taste of the pepper to be better recorded and appreciated.
All our products are grown in the Hoeksche Waard and brewed in Rotterdam. Ever since 2015 we’ve been searching for flavors. Resulting in a small selection of products including our signature soy sauce.
The first and so far only microbrewed soy sauce in Europe.
